Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
We offer standard U.S. shipping for a flat rate of $7. Orders over $100 ship free.

Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — thank you for your patience.

Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@luamiami.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to make changes.
