free u.s. shipping on every order.

processing
orders ship within 1–3 business days. during launches and holidays, it may take a little longer.

delivery
u.s. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

changes and cancellations
need to update your order? email hello@luamiami.com as soon as possible. orders can't be changed once shipped.

address
please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as orders can't be redirected once they leave.

missing package?
if your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check around your door or mailroom and give it 24–48 hours. still missing? email hello@luamiami.com with your order number.

international
international shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
