Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@luamiami.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll review your request and respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship items back without first receiving written approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please email returns@luamiami.com within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage along with your order number. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Final Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
