Refund policy

we want you to love what you ordered. if something isn't right, we're here to help.

returns
returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. items must be:
- unworn, unwashed and unused
- in original condition, with all tags attached
- free of stains, odors, damage or signs of wear

items that don't meet these conditions can't be refunded.

final sale
items marked final sale, including sale and discounted pieces, can't be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

how to start a return
email returns@luamiami.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. you'll receive the return address and next steps. please wait for a reply before sending anything back.

return shipping
return shipping is paid by the customer. a trackable service is recommended, as returns lost in transit can't be refunded.

refunds
once your return arrives and is inspected, you'll get an email confirmation. approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. original shipping isn't refundable.

exchanges
direct exchanges aren't available. for a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.

damaged or wrong item?
email hello@luamiami.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and it'll be made right.
