Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Miami studio. Standard shipping within the U.S. arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. A tracking link is sent the moment your parcel leaves us.

International Orders

If your order is traveling outside the U.S., it may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, vary by destination, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. We have no way to predict or cover them in advance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges at this time. To initiate a return, write to returns@luamiami.com with your order number — we will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Garment Care

Linen softens beautifully with time. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Lay flat or hang to dry. A warm iron on the linen setting will restore a pressed finish; a relaxed wrinkle is part of the fabric's character.
