how much is shipping?
nothing. shipping is free on every u.s. order, always.
when will my order arrive?
i pack every order myself and ship it within 1–3 business days (a little longer during launches and holidays). you'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way, and it usually arrives within 3–7 business days.
do you ship internationally?
yes, to select countries. shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and paid by you on arrival.
my package says delivered, but it isn't here.
check around your door or mailroom and give it 24–48 hours, since packages are sometimes marked delivered early. still missing? email hello@luamiami.com with your order number.
returns 6
can i return something?
of course. you have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on.
final sale pieces, including sale and discounted items, can't be returned.
how do i start a return?
email returns@luamiami.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. i'll reply with the return address and next steps, so please wait to hear from me before sending anything back.
who pays for return shipping?
return shipping is on you, and a trackable service is best. if your piece arrived damaged or i sent the wrong thing, it's on me, and i'm sorry.
when will i get my refund?
once your return arrives and i've checked it, i'll email you. your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
can i exchange for another size or color?
i don't do direct exchanges yet. the easiest way is to return the piece and place a new order for the one you want.
my order arrived damaged or wrong.

how do i find my size?
measure the fullest part of your bust and hips with a soft tape. choose the size where the garment bust is 2–3" larger than yours.
bra size isn't bust size. a 38D usually measures around 41–42". between sizes? size up.

what are your pieces made from?
it depends on the piece. every product page lists the exact fabric under materials, so you always know what you're getting.
how do i wash them?
dresses: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors, then lay flat or hang to dry.
totes: spot clean or hand wash cold and air dry. dyed linen can fade and stiffen in the machine.
steam or warm iron on the linen setting if you like a crisper look.
will it wrinkle?
linen gets a soft, relaxed wrinkle. that's part of its charm, and it gets softer with every wash.
orders & payment 2
can i change or cancel my order?
email hello@luamiami.com as soon as you can and i'll do my best to update it before it ships. once it's shipped it can't be changed, but you can always return it.
how can i pay?
all major credit and debit cards, shop pay, apple pay, google pay and paypal, all through a secure checkout. you can also split it into 4 interest-free payments with shop pay.
