shipping is free on every u.s. order.

i pack every order myself and ship it within 1–3 business days (a little longer during launches and holidays). you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way, and it usually arrives within 3–7 business days.

yes, i ship to select countries. shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and paid by you on arrival.

you have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with the tags still on.

to start, email returns@luamiami.com with your order number and wait for my reply before sending anything back. return shipping is on you, and a trackable service is best.

once your return arrives and i've checked it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• final sale pieces, including sale and discounted items, can't be returned.
• i don't do direct exchanges yet. just return it and place a new order.
• arrived damaged or not what you ordered? email me within 7 days with a photo and i'll make it right.

measure the fullest part of your bust and hips with a soft tape. choose the size where the garment bust is 2–3" larger than yours.

bra size isn't bust size — a 38D usually measures around 41–42". between sizes? size up.

it depends on the piece. every product page lists the exact fabric under materials, so you always know what you're getting.

linen is a natural fiber, so a soft, relaxed wrinkle is part of it. it's what gives it that lived-in, effortless look.

want it crisper? a quick steam does it.

yes. linen gets softer with every wash and wear, without losing its strength. your favorite piece only gets better.

• dresses: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors, then lay flat or hang to dry.
• totes: spot clean or hand wash cold and air dry. dyed linen can fade and stiffen in the machine.
• steam or warm iron on the linen setting if you like a crisper look.
